Three minutes. Six fields.

Your brief lands with the researcher assigned to your account. They run trend pulls (current + last 30 days), audit your top three competitors' tag stacks, mine the niche for community tags the algorithms still favor, and screen everything against current shadow-flag and banned-tag lists.

A human picks the final pack

Tier balance. Caption alignment. Refresh planning.

The long list gets filtered into your final pack — balanced across reach tiers (small, mid, large), aligned with the language patterns in your captions, and sequenced so you can rotate the pack across a 4-week cadence without burning out signals. Every tag is hand-picked, never auto-generated.

Hours 8–24

QA, then delivery

Second pair of eyes. PDF + Google Doc.

A second researcher reviews the pack against your brief, runs a final shadow-flag check, and writes the usage notes (best post types, placement, refresh date). You get the pack as a branded PDF and a Google Doc — copy-paste ready, with usage notes baked in.

One revision included. Most clients never use it.
