Refund Policy
Fair, fast, no haggling.

We deliver research, not vibes โ€” and we put our money behind it. Here’s exactly when a refund applies and how it gets processed.

Material changes are emailed to clients.

1. Before delivery (work not yet started)

If you change your mind before our researcher begins work, you get a full refund โ€” no questions asked. Email support@creativetagbox.com with your order ID and we’ll process it within 3 business days.

2. Work in progress

If a researcher has started but the pack hasn’t shipped, we issue a 50% refund. The remainder covers the research time already invested. Most clients pause instead โ€” we hold the engagement open for up to 30 days at no cost.

3. After delivery โ€” quality issue

If the delivered pack doesn’t match the brief or contains errors (banned tags, mismatched niche, wrong platform), we’ll fix it within 48 hours at no charge. If we can’t resolve it after one revision, you get a full refund.

4. After delivery โ€” performance disappointment

Hashtag packs influence reach but cannot guarantee it. We do not refund based on perceived performance: views, likes, follower growth, or revenue outcomes. Reach depends on dozens of variables outside our control (content, posting time, audience overlap, algorithm shifts).

That said, if you’re unhappy, message us. We’ve issued goodwill credits in cases where we felt our work fell short โ€” even when we weren’t obligated to.

5. Subscription / agency white-label

  • You can cancel a recurring engagement any time โ€” no penalty.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We don’t prorate mid-cycle, but we deliver everything paid for.
  • If we miss an SLA in any month, that month is automatically credited.

6. How refunds are processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Card refunds typically settle in 5โ€“10 business days; some banks take longer.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when we initiate the refund.

7. Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us first if there’s an issue โ€” chargebacks initiated without first reaching out delay resolution and may result in account suspension. We’ve never had a dispute we couldn’t resolve through email.
