Terms of Service
The rules of engagement.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and NovaHaven INC, the operator of CreativeTagbox. By using our website or ordering any of our hashtag research packs, you accept these Terms.

1. The service

CreativeTagbox delivers hand-built hashtag research packs for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others). Every pack is curated by a real human researcher and delivered as a PDF, Google Doc, or both, depending on the package selected.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older (or a legal entity) to purchase a pack.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
• The information you provide (email, brief details, billing) must be accurate and complete.

3. Orders and turnaround

• Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after a complete brief is submitted; rush options are noted at checkout.
• The clock starts when we receive a complete brief, not when you place the order.
• If we miss our stated SLA without a documented cause, you’ll get a credit toward your next pack.

4. Revisions and what counts as “in scope”

Each pack includes one revision round. A revision request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Revisions cover the pack itself — adjusting tags within the same niche brief. Changes that effectively redefine the niche, audience, or platform constitute a new engagement.

5. Products or services

Your billing schedule depends on the billing option you select at checkout:

• One-time: You pay the plan price a single time, covering one month of service. No recurring charges are made.
• Monthly: You pay the plan price every month for as long as you keep the plan active. You may cancel at any time, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CreativeTagbox to:

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage delivered hashtag packs as your own product.
• Use our service for content that violates platform policies (spam, harassment, illegal goods).
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse our website or research workflow.

Agencies using our white-label service may rebrand and deliver packs to their own clients — that’s the entire point of the white-label option.

7. Intellectual property

• The hashtag research and recommendations we deliver to you are yours to use.
• Our brand, website design, methodology documentation, and PDF templates remain our property.
• Public hashtags themselves are not copyrightable — what we sell is research, curation, and delivery.

8. Pricing, payment, and refunds

Prices are listed on the pricing page and are payable in advance via the payment methods we offer. Taxes (where applicable) are added at checkout. Our refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy.

9. Performance disclaimer

We deliver researched hashtag packs. Social media reach, engagement, and growth depend on dozens of variables outside our control — content quality, posting consistency, platform algorithm changes, audience overlap, and more. We make no guarantees about specific reach, follower, or revenue outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost followers, lost reach).

11. Termination

You can stop using CreativeTagbox at any time and request account deletion via support@creativetagbox.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with refunds limited to undelivered work.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or a banner on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
